Please see below our July programme for Dharma practice and secular mindfulness practice (Please see below).
GROUP MEDITATION PRACTICE
Just before the festival we had a gentle day of meditation practice at 9 Mount road. It was such a nice day that the people that came requested we make this a monthly event. The day consisted of practicing together, discussing any difficulties we were having with meditation practice, sharing a fantastic lunch and watching a DVD on Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche’s life. Cost of attendance is by donation which will go towards covering tea and coffee and supporting the new Samye Dharma Practice Group to bring teachers to the Eastern Cape.
SECULAR MINDFULNESS DAY
The monthly mindfulness day will take place on the 24th of July. The cost will be the usual, R260. It is practice not to exclude anyone who would like to attend but cannot afford to. Please contact us to discuss alternatives. There is a discount for those who are members of the Samye Dharma Practice Group (See below).

To see the world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour.
