We meet every Wednesday at 7pm to train our faculty of mindfulness, which enables us to be knowingly present and thus more aware of what is going on in our lives.  Each session is divided between actual practice and discussion time.  Clear meditation instructions will be given to help everybody establish a regular, daily meditation practice.
