If you are new to Makhanda / Grahamstown and would like to find out more about meditation at the centre, please do stop in. We don’t update this web page very frequently, as it doesn’t attract much traffic, but we do have a monthly newsletter which will keep you up to date on the activities of the centre. Let us know if you’d like to be added to this mailing list.

In general, we have weekly sittings from 18:00-19:00 on Tuesdays followed by tea, and then one Sunday morning of practise per month. We also run courses, including the MBLC (Mindfulness Based Living Course) and the CBLC (Compassion Based Living Course) and have a small library of Dharma texts, audios and DVD’s available on loan to members. Please shoot us an email or a whatsapp if you would like to find out about any of these, or simply drop in on a Tuesday evening.
