Weekly course in Mindfulness: The next course commences on Thursday 8 August, 2013 from 18:30 – 20:00 weekly.

We get together every week on Tuesdays from 18:00 – 19:00 for a weekly Mindfulness practise. You’re welcome to only stay for the sitting practise, but for those who are interested, some of us also do the Chenrezig puja (chanting in Tibetan) at 19:30.

Then we get together for a “Mindfulness Day” once a month, which takes place on a Sunday from 10:00 – 15:00, and includes some sitting practise, a shared lunch and listening to teachings or watching a DVD.

When teachers are visiting South Africa we host short retreats throughout the year. In the past we’ve had visits from Ken and Katia Holmes, Charlie Morley and Alan Muller.
