Lama Tsondru visits Zimbabwe March 4-12, 2014

Lama Tsondru
Ven. Lama Tsondru received monastic ordination in 1985. She has twice successfully completed the traditional 4 year Karma Kagyü retreat and is much appreciated for her direct and clear style.
She received many teachings from important Masters like His Holiness the 16th Gyalwa Karmapa, Tai Situ Rinpoche, Gyaltsab Rinpoche, Khenchen Thrangu Rinpoche, His Holiness the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje, Akong Tulku Rinpoche, Lama Yeshe Losal Rinpoche and many others.
With Lama Jinpa Gyamso she guides the Spanish centers connected with Kagyü Samye Ling monastery and the students currently committed to the first traditional retreat of the Karma Kagyü lineage in Spain.
In June 2000 Akong Tulku Rinpoche gave her the title of Lama, widely praising her qualities.
