About Meditation practice…
The basic practice is to be present, right here. We are willing to be honest and realistic. It is simply the creation of a space in our minds, in which we are able to expose and undo our neurotic games, our self perceptions, our hidden fears and hopes. We provide space through the simple discipline of doing nothing. Actually, doing nothing is very difficult.
Meditation practice brings all our neuroses to the surface rather than hiding them at the bottom of our minds. It enables us to relate to our lives have something workable.
Through regular and sustained meditation practice we begin to realize that we are okay. Actually there’s nothing wrong with us.
