Our perception of the world, moment by moment, determines our reality, thus giving rise to our happiness and difficulties.

By understanding how our Minds create these momentary perceptions, we can learn to avoid creating future difficulties. But changing our habit patterns and thus our perceptions is not easy. We are deeply addicted to old habits.

The retreat will focus on observing  the mind’s deep habitual patterning and how , when we are not mindful,  confusion and difficulties can arise.

Meditation leads to mastery over mind
