Alan Muller is one of our hidden South African Buddhist treasures. Alan Muller took refuge in 1997 with Akong Rinpoche. He has completed a one year and two six month closed retreats under the guidance of Lama Yeshe Rinpoche. Alan was a monk for six years and has dedicated his time fully to Kagyu centres since 2000. Some of the teachers he has received teachings from are H.H. Dalai Lama, Thrangu Rinpoche, Tai Situpa Rinpoche, Minjur Rinpoche and Drupon Rinpoche. He has much experience and wisdom to share in his quiet, humble and compassionate manner.å

We will look at what happiness is and how to foster it.
