Relationships are the reflecting mirrors in our search for our true selves

Dr Melanie Polatinsky

All welcome. Previous meditation experience or knowledge of Buddhism NOT a prerequisite.

Overview

Dr Melanie Polatinsky is a psychotherapist, lecturer and teacher of Tibetan Buddhism, and has been empowered by Lama Yeshe Rinpoche to teach. She has worked and taught in a variety of fields with individuals and groups for the past 40 years. These include meditation, dream work, death and dying, bereavement, inner child work, relationships, karma and reincarnation, inner peace, discovering your true potential and many others.

By understanding a Buddhist perspective, can we change the way we relate to ourselves and others?

  • What is your true Awakened Nature?
  • Do you sometimes wonder what many of your relationships are really about?
  • Can you see “Mirror-like Wisdom” reflected through your relationships?

These are a few questions we will explore at our beautiful Buddhist temple in Harare. We invite you to a stimulating weekend to clear your mind, relax, meditate and contemplate the deep issues of truely learning a different Buddhist perspective as to who we truly are; why we find ourselves trapped in the karmic binds of some relationships; and how relationships can provide a mirror for us to glean wisdom.
