Developing our Heart and Mind – Alan Muller

In order to be happy, first we have to understand where the happiness comes from. With the correct view of reality, a better understanding of life and ourselves will come. We can use the methods that the Dharma offers for living a happier life, with more acceptance and love for ourselves and a better relationship with others.
