Liberating Negative Feelings – Dr Melanie Polatinsky, 11 March 2pm

THOSE NEGATIVE FEELINGS FOREVER TRIPPING US UP?

IS THERE A WAY TO LIBERATE THEM COMPLETELY?

Most of us have tried to turn away from negative feelings, even repress them, purify them or transform them through all the different methods of Buddhism. But few of us have learned how to “self-liberate” negative feelings, by understanding their true nature. In Dzogchen, the ninth and highest vehicle of Tibetan Buddhism, we are taught different levels of liberating our thoughts and feelings. The methods are so simple that we have great difficulty in believing their effectiveness!

Join us for an afternoon of meditation and lively discussion with Melanie to understand who we really are and a different VIEW of our emotions.

Dr Melanie Polatinsky is a psychotherapist and lecturer, who has been empowered by Lama Yeshe Rinpoché to lecture on Tibetan Buddhism. She has worked and taught in a variety of fields with individuals and groups for the last 40 years on topics such as meditation, dream work, death and dying, bereavement, inner child work, relationships, karma and reincarnation, discovering your true potential.
