DESCRIPTION:Alan Muller will give some instructions on the Chenrezig practice\, but the emphasis will mainly be on getting familiar with the meditation through having time for actual practice. The day will also include some guided visualisations. Come for the day or join in for a specific session.\n\n\n“If we speak of Chenrezig as a practice\, how do we understand this figure? If we look at his name\, it refers to the one who gazes with eyes of love and compassion on all beings. He is continually concerned about and wishes to protect every living being.
