    During this mini-retreat, Samten will give basic meditation instructions for people who lead busy lives. He will talk about the benefits of meditation, and how to integrate it into our everyday life. There will also be guided practice sessions. This mini-retreat is suitable for all - newcomers interested in meditation, as well as people who need a refresher.
