He will talk about how to navigate through life&#8217;s difficult times with gentleness, and will guide us through some meditations that we may take away as future practice.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">D\u00f3nal Creedon is a renowned meditation teacher. He has studied and practiced with Buddhist masters of the Kagyu lineage in Europe as well as in India &amp; Nepal. This involved many years of intense retreat.
