Through understanding how our mind works, it is possible to tame it\u2014and to discover that happiness, wisdom, compassion, and clarity are actually inherent qualities in all of us.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">This course will run over 4 evenings and end with a one-day retreat. Sessions will be practical and inter-active; Participants will be introduced to the principles of insight, and taught how to create the conditions for it to arise in daily life; they will discover its liberating power, and learn to rely on it in daily meditation, Rob will be assisted by Roux Krige<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\">Reading: Diamond Mind by Rob Nairn. He is a successful author with several books on these subjects including Tranquil Mind, Diamond Mind and Living, Dreaming, Dying.
