His spiritual path took him from the Holy Isle to Arran, and later to Nepal, where he pursued intensive study and practice under the guidance of Drupon Rinpoche at the Thrangu Sekhar retreat. He has also supported communities in South Africa, the Congo, and most recently in Glasgow, where he now resides, helping to nurture and grow the local Buddhist community. Lama Zangpo is known for his compassionate approach and understanding of Buddhist meditation, making this weekend accessible for both beginners and those with more experience.

There is no charge for this weekend’s course.
