Drawing on Rob Nairn’s Diamond Mind, we explore how anxiety, desire, and anger cloud our natural clarity, and how simple meditation practices can help dissolve these obscurations. Over three weeks, you will be guided step-by-step to recognise unhelpful mental patterns, understand their origins, and cultivate a calm, spacious awareness. As the mind settles, its innate wisdom and brilliance can shine through — bringing greater clarity, compassion, and joy into everyday life.

“Meditation is inherently simple. We do not need to import anything new into the mind. There are no complex, intellectual mechanisms involved. We don’t have to understand profound philosophical systems. What is necessary is to learn the very basic simplicity of being – and in this way, discover the diamond mind.” Rob Nairn, Diamond Mind

Dates & Time: Sundays 7, 14 and Saturday 20 September

10:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Cost:

No cost, donations welcome to the centre and for the facilitator.

Facilitator:

Alan Muller took refuge in 1997 with Akong Rinpoche.
