One of the biggest threats to our happiness and well-being is when we turn on ourselves with blame, based on a chronic sense of not being enough or not being good enough. She has been a student of Rob Nairn since 2008, and during this time she attended most of the trainings offered by him and attended a number of retreats including ten day silent retreats.
