There will also be an opportunity to discuss the topics covered and ask questions.<\/p>\n<p>This session is suitable for everyone, whether you are completely new to Buddhism or have many years of experience.<\/p>\n<p>Each month, we will explore new topics and introduce meditation practices that you can continue at home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Time:<\/strong> 10:30 to 11:30 AM<\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h3><strong>Date: 6 September 2026<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We will look more deeply into topics such as the Four Foundations of Mindfulness and the Three Jewels. Once again, it won\u2019t just be theory, but also practical meditations that you can take away and practise at home.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<h3><strong>Date: 9 August 2026\u00a0<\/strong>Introductory Session<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">No charge for these sessions, but dana for the facilitator and centre would be appreciated. In 2003, he completed a one-year closed retreat under the guidance of Lama Yeshe Rinpoche at Samye Ling Monastery in Scotland. During this period, he took novice monk vows.
