Living Dreaming Dying is a 2 day retreat in which Rob will explore the wisdom of Tibetan Psychology contained in the Tibetan text “Bardo Thodol” (also known as the Tibetan Book of the Dead), together with insights from Jungian psychology.
The two days will provide invaluable teaching for any person wishing to transform their experience of life, dream and even death into something useful and positive.
Living Dreaming Dying is a long term mind training in relation to how we train the mind in day-to-day life, our experience of dreaming for the cultivation of insight and awareness as well as understanding the dying process and its opportunity for enlightenment.
