Join us for a gentle introduction to the Green Tara practice, one of the most beloved and accessible practices in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition.

Lama Zangpo began his meditation journey in 1996 after meeting Lama Yeshe Rinpoche at KSDJ, where he was a resident volunteer. He undertook long retreats on Arran and trained intensively with Drupon Rinpoche in Nepal. He has supported Buddhist communities in South Africa, the Congo, and now Glasgow, where he is known for his compassionate and practical understanding of Buddhist teachings.
