🧘 A Practical Workshop for Busy Minds
How can we bring the calm of meditation into the busyness of everyday life?
Join us for a practical and inspiring meditation workshop designed to help you build a sustainable practice — no matter how full your schedule is. While many believe that longer sessions are best, research and experience show that short, consistent sessions can be just as powerful and much easier to maintain.
This workshop will explore:
✨ How to create a simple, effective daily practice
✨ The benefits of shorter, regular meditation
✨ Guided sessions and time for discussion
✨ How meditation can bring clarity and peace to the mind
“With the practice of meditation, we can actually get the mind to rest on what we want it to rest on, and the mind becomes clearer and more peaceful.”
— Thrangu Rinpoche
Whether you’re new to meditation or looking to strengthen your existing routine, this workshop offers practical tools and encouragement for real-life practice.

Lama Zangpo began his meditation journey in 1996 after meeting Lama Yeshe Rinpoche at KSDJ, where he was a resident volunteer. He undertook long retreats on Arran and trained intensively with Drupon Rinpoche in Nepal. He has supported Buddhist communities in South Africa, the Congo, and now Glasgow, where he is known for his compassionate and practical understanding of Buddhist teachings.
