Introduction to Qigong

February 7 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

with Wendy Newstadt

We are exploring the possibility of offering Qigong classes and invite you to an introductory session with Wendy Newstadt on Saturday, 7 February, from 10:00 to 11:00. This session will provide an overview of the practice and help gauge interest in future classes.

Qigong is a holistic healing practice rooted in traditional Chinese medicine. It combines gentle movements, postures, breathing techniques, and meditation to cultivate the flow of qi—the vital life energy often understood as breath or spirit. By balancing and strengthening qi, Qigong supports overall health and well-being.

Regular practice can help reduce stress, build stamina, improve circulation, and enhance immune function. Qigong may be practised individually or in groups and is suitable for all levels of experience.

Come along and bring a friend!
