Tonglen Meditation with Alan Muller
In tonglen practice, we visualise taking in the pain of others with every in-breath and sending out whatever will benefit them on the out-breath. In the process, we become liberated from age- old patterns of selfishness.
The hour-long session will consist of:
20 minutes – guided calm abiding meditation
20 minutes – guided walking meditation
20 minutes – guided Tonglen meditation
There is no charge for this session, but dana for the teacher and the centre is welcome.
