Instructions on the Four-Armed Chenrezig Practice

with Lama Rinchen Palmo

Wednesday, 16 September | 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm

We are delighted to welcome Lama Rinchen Palmo for an evening of instruction on the practice of Four-Armed Chenrezig (Avalokiteśvara), the embodiment of boundless compassion.

This session is open to everyone, whether you are new to the practice or have been reciting the Chenrezig sadhana for many years. Lama Rinchen Palmo will explain the meaning and structure of the practice, offer guidance on visualisation and meditation, and share practical advice on how to integrate Chenrezig practice into daily life.

This is a rare opportunity to receive authentic guidance from an experienced Vajrayana teacher and to deepen your understanding of one of Tibetan Buddhism’s most beloved practices of compassion.

All are warmly welcome. No cost for the session but dana/donations welcome.
