Join us for a day of meditation sessions and guided practices.
Suitable for anyone who has done a Mindfulness Course and would like to practice in a group setting, with some guidance.
The day retreat will be guided by Vera Hey, psychologist and mindfulness instructor.

14.15-14.45 – Walkng meditation
14.45-15.30 Practicing acceptance. Rain exercise.
