Discover Stillness, Clarity, and Presence
“Meditation is not something that a Buddha or a spiritual teacher can insert into our mind from outside. It is already present although only as a potential state. We all possess the state of meditation but we do not know how to use it. We are in the situation of someone who possess a beautiful car but does not know how to drive.” Bokar Rinpoche

Lama Zangpo began his meditation journey in 1996 after meeting Lama Yeshe Rinpoche at KSDJ, where he was a resident volunteer. He undertook long retreats on Arran and trained intensively with Drupon Rinpoche in Nepal. He has supported Buddhist communities in South Africa, the Congo, and now Glasgow, where he is known for his compassionate and practical understanding of Buddhist teachings.
